I’ve always been fully transparent in regards to my anxiety and depression on this platform. It has come to my attention, I haven’t been taking it as prescribed. #ad This can affect your overall outcome while battling this type of chronic illness. I just found out a couple weeks ago while picking up my medication (late of course) that @walgreens offers several features and resources on WHY it is important to take the proper medication prescribed daily as directed by your doctor. . . What ended up working best for me was (if you get confused I have the same resources/links I used on my blog) signing up or RX alerts to tell me when it’s time to refill, I then click a link that offers an secure express prepay option, and I walk in and walk out. No lines! . . In the future, I plan on using their express delivery. You can choose to have your medication delivered at it’s expected due date. Bohemian braid game strong 💁🏻‍♀️ I’ve teamed up with @tresemme to re-create the official NYFW-inspired Bohemian braid! Want to re-create the look? STEP 1: I used the TRESemmé Ultimate Hydration shampoo and conditioner (which leaves your hair moisturized and silky smooth!) to prep my hair and protect hair against breakage. STEP 2: I created a center part and applied the TRESemmé Extra Hold Mousse (which adds volume and delivers maximum hold) from root to tip and then used my fingers to work it through my hair. I then blow dried my hair away from my face. STEP 3: To create texture, I used a flat iron to create vintage ‘S’ wave. I styled one-inch sections of hair at a time throughout the head.
