The obligatory fitspo influencer pose . Am I doing it right? No.... ok . For real though I must be honest. When @vitalproteins approached me to talk about their product they had NO IDEA I was already a consumer of it . I’ve been buying their collagen and loving it so when they said “hey can we send you some stuff and if you love it can you talk about it every now and then”, I said fuck yes. I mean if I already paid for the shit willingly, this is a win win . Now you know why I am all about #stayvital . The growing body of research supporting collagen for health is there, the taste of their collagen water is amazing, it’s a good company that doesn’t put crazy shit in their products to sell more, they do one thing well and that’s make a goddamn good collagen protein product . It’s not whey. It’s not steak. It’s collagen. Use it as a supplement to boost gut health, skin health, and joint health (my reason) . I don’t have a discount code for you nor any code to use. Just my word and the fact I actually take time to talk about a product for the first time in my life. . I like this stuff and you probably will too . #collagen #sponsored
