Mis maestros y compañeros me enseñaron muchísimo. Totalmente nos prepararon no sólo para el mundo de agencia, también para cualquier tipo de trabajo, porque haces las cosas muy diferentes a los demás, desde el pensamiento, las ideas, tus propuestas, presentaciones, todo. . ¿Te equivocaste de carrera? Estudié la carrera de marketing, hice un master en marketing digital, monté una agencia de comunicación y llevo toda mi vida laboral en un campo que cada vez me parece más monótono. Las redes se han convertido en un campo de batalla de vídeos guionizados, de falsas e insulsas experiencias, de copiarse unos a otros. Ayer vi la película ‘Air’ basada en la historia de Nike y me encantó. Fue muy refrescante ver la lucha de ingenio que llevaron a cabo en esta empresa para lograr el éxito en su línea de baloncesto. Ver la película me ayudó a revivir la pasión por algo que me gusta, por algo que estudié y que siempre he llevado dentro. Os dejo algunas de las frases o perlitas que sueltan. Ahora mismo estoy centrada sobre todo en escribir, pero también en darle un enfoque diferente a mis habilidades dentro del sector del marketing y la comunicación, especialmente porque busco darles un enfoque literario 📚 Me gusta la comunicación, pero ante todo me gusta que primen la creatividad y la originalidad, las ganas de hacer cosas diferente, de transmitir y llegar, más que de vender. It’s already August! How?!? I have been reflecting on this year and goal setting for the rest of 2020. I even pulled out my vision board and had a little giggle (some of these are deferred but not DENIED okkkk?) I feel like we’ve all been bombarded with comments and statements claiming 2020 as the worst year ever. Every time I hear that, I think back to 2015/2016. Those years really threw me for a loop. They were very difficult for me. I remember moments during those years where I would say “this is the worst year of my life.” Let me tell you why I will never say those words again. Because I refuse to claim negativity in my life. As easy as it is to write off this year, I will not. I will only speak positivity, I will still go after my goals and I will pivot and create new ones. The power of the spoken word is very real. This is not to say that we won’t have hardships, suffer losses or have setbacks. What I’m saying is you can choose to sit in those bad times and let it define you or you can choose to overcome them and come out better. I can’t believe Christmas is this week, and 2021 is 11 days away (how?!?) Today, we are cleaning and organizing the house, and I plan to do some vision board planning and goal setting. Every year around this time, I talk about creating a vision board because it works! Even with 2020 being the shitshow it has been, I looked at my vision board today, and I met all my goals and exceeded a few! 🙌🏾 I make my vision board in photoshop and save it on my phone to look at it no matter where I am. Last year I started adding positive affirmations to mine, and I thought today I would share some of my favorites: - I’m open to things being more magical than I ever imagined. - Today, I’m at peace and will not stress about the unknown ahead. - My purpose is becoming clearer and more apparent. - I recognize my worth, and I am attracting those who respect my value. - I am creating the life of my dreams. - All is well in my body and mind.
