*** Laird code has changed to ASHTAN If you are someone who likes to add a little something to your coffee, here are a few great options for you. My top choice is always @lairdsuperfood and my personal favorite is the mocha. They have tons of options, including fun, limited edition ones like the above pictured pumpkin spice. (These are also dairy free for my non-dairy friends) Another great option is going to be using grass fed and grass finished organic milk or half/half. @organicvalley Is a great option. A third, not pictured option is going to be mixing your protein powder in as a creamer! I personally use @equipfoods protein powder, but @just.ingredients.shop is another great option! (If you mix protein powder, the best way to do it to avoid clumping is to mix it separately and then add to your coffee whether iced or hot) ☆You can use code ASHTANSIMS for both Equip and Just Ingredients for a discount. Chobani and nut pods are listed as okay options because they have mostly good ingredients but the natural flavors are not disclosed and you all know I am iffy on "natural flavors" without clear explanation of where they come from. Additionally, I personally try to stay away from Gums, and some nut pods have them as well. ☆ Ingredients to steer clear from ☆ First, flip your current creamer over and see if sugar is the first or second ingredient.. that is a big no-no as are seed oils (soybean seems to be the most highly used one in creamers). I don’t know about you all, but where are currently the weather just hasn’t been able to make up its mind 😅 We all had a little bit of a cold the last week, congestion and runny nose.
