This Hydrocell Lotion has an ultra-lightweight texture that dissolves into my skin in less than 30 seconds. I suffer from rough, dry skin, but after using this product every morning and night for over a week, it has helped my skin become smoother and more even. It does this by working with my skin's natural Hyaluronic Acid and Ceramide levels and hydrates 10 skin surface layers deep. This lotion is dermatologically tested and can be used on sensitive skin.
