Salmon Rice Balls (Toddler Approved)🐟🍚 If you struggle to get protein into your little ones, you have to try this. We turned fresh @bluehousesalmon into these yummy, bite sized rice balls, and they were a massive hit! I love using Bluehouse Salmon for this because it’s raised right here in Florida (USA! 🇺🇸). It’s an ocean safe, land raised choice that supports healthier seas, so I feel good about serving a meal that cares for the planet without compromising on taste. Creamy Tuscan salmon made with @bluehousesalmon 🐟✨ One of my favorite cozy dinners lately. Their salmon is Heart-Check Certified by the American Heart Association, which means it’s not only delicious but also a heart-healthy choice packed with omega-3s. This creamy Tuscan-style salmon comes together in about 30 minutes and feels restaurant-worthy but simple enough for a weeknight dinner. Ingredients: • 2 Bluehouse Salmon fillets • Salt & pepper • 1 tbsp olive oil • 3 cloves garlic, minced • 10-12 cup cherry tomatoes and 50 g sun-dried tomatoes • 1 cup heavy cream • ½ tsp Italian seasoning (optional) Instructions: Pat the salmon dry and season with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear the salmon for about 4–5 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside. In the same skillet, sauté the garlic and cherry tomatoes for about 2–3 minutes until fragrant. Add sun-dried tomatoes. Pour in the heavy cream and Italian seasoning. Simmer for a few minutes until the sauce slightly thickens. Return the salmon to the skillet and cook for another 5 minutes, spooning the sauce over the salmon. Garnish with fresh lemon wedges and serve warm. #ad #BluehouseSalmon #BluehouseRecipes #HeartMonth #HeartHealthy Omega3

Avocado almond salmon 🥑✨ I made this creamy baked salmon using @bluehousesalmon and it turned out incredible. What I love is that Bluehouse Salmon is Heart-Check Certified by the American Heart Association, meaning it fits into a heart-smart diet. It’s also a great source of Omega-3s and raised in pure aquifer water with no antibiotics or pesticides, which makes it a really high-quality choice for cooking at home.
